ANGELES CITY — An alleged drug den maintainer and his two companions, including a teen, were arrested in a buy-bust operation that also resulted in the seizure of P102,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) in Magalang, Pampanga on Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 16.
In a statement, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region 3 said the buy-bust and raid of a makeshift drug den was conducted in Santa Lucia village at 1:15 p.m.
Article continues after this advertisementIt identified the alleged drug demaintainer as Ivan, alias 44-year-old “Lupin” and his companions as Ryan, 34, and Ronnel, 18. All are residents of the village.

It said the operation was undertaken with the police.
